Naturopathica’s Vitamin C Revitalizing Complex is one of my favorite things to put on my skin. I’ve been using it twice a day and my skin is calm and less inflamed after I put it on. It’s nice and light, so I use this as a serum when my skin is dry. I prefer heavier products, but I do like it layered with the Plant Stem Cell Serum at night before bed. The combination is the perfect weight!
Vitamin C is important for so many reasons. The first, it inhibits the aging process by acting as an anti-oxidant. It helps repair sun-spots and sun related skin damage. It brightens the skin. It helps your SPF protect better when used under sunscreen and after sun exposure. If you are going through a peel series or laser treatments, Vitamin C is excellent to use in after care to speed cell turnover and reduce redness. It really is a “must” in your daily routine!
